Benefit of consigning with us:

Green SparksSparks Joy. By organizing your world and facing your surroundings, people understand what truly brings them joy. This can affect a person’s home aesthetics, decision making, career path, relationships, and teaches them how to live their ideal lifestyle and passions.

Green Yin and YangThe art of Feng Shui recommends a clutter free space producing "Yang" positive energy, inviting fortune and leaving you more cheerful.

Green LeafReduce carbon-emissions from manufacturing and transporting new furniture.

Green Piggy BankWhile the goal of consigning is not to recoup all of the money that was spent on procuring the furniture; it will produce the maximum return on your treasure so you may use the extra cash on something new.

Love HomeNever store your furniture in a storage locker! Paying rent to store something you don't need is throwing away good money. Fine furniture never comes out of storage in as good condition as it went in.

How it works

Simply send us your pictures to [email protected]. Also include any information that will guide us in determining the value of your items. i.e.: brand, age, era, condition, original cost, how you acquired it. If you have more than 5 pictures, we recommend using Google Photos and share the link to us.

Please do not alter your picture or provide picture from other sources as this prevents fair assessment of your item condition.

Once your item has been approved for consignment, you may arrange to bring it into our store or we can refer you to a good moving service.

We offer a 50%-50% split on everything but jewelry, which is 60%-40% split.

Consignor checks are processed by the 20th of the month following the sale.

Consignment term is 60 days, after 30 days we may reduce the price up to 25%.

We aim to quickly sell items in high demand. In the event an item does not sell after 60 days, you have the option to pick up the item or have it donated to a local charity, with a donation slip forwarded to you. Exceptions may be made for items like jewelry, art, high-end, or specialty pieces that take longer to sell. Average turnover time is 3 to 4 weeks.

Consignment Pro-tips

Furniture — We’re open to all types of furniture, but contemporary and modern are the best sellers. Including: Mid-Century Modern, Bauhaus, Danish Modern, Italian Contemporary, etc. We do have some clients attracted to fine quality traditional, but those items typically sell at lower prices. Better manufacturers are always preferred. Example includes but not limited to: Baker, Herman Miller, Knoll, McGuire, Henredon, Karges, Sherrill, Restoration Hardware, Ekornes/Stressless, Hancock & Moore, Century, B&B Italia, ItalSofa, Mastercraft, Widdicomb, etc.

Jewelry — Fine jewelry, especially vintage, so 14k or better (plus some 9k-10k from the 1890s). It’s best if you have a jeweler do an appraisal, but we can estimate value on many things. We also accept fine quality Jade/Jadeite/Nephrite objects.

Carpets — We like and do our best with hand-knotted Tibetan contemporary carpets. We also sell fine quality hand-knotted ‘Persian’ carpets, usually 10x12 or smaller. Hall runners, smaller carpets and sophisticated looks do well in this category.

Antiques — While many antiques have become quite challenging to market, we do accept some exceptional objects in good condition. The best antiques may have documentation establishing provenance and historical significance.

Sterling — We only take full sterling flatware and serving items. Plated items will be considered only if they're of an exceptional quality.

Accessories — Fine crystal, such as Waterford, Baccarat, most Lalique (not the tiny parfumes), most Stuben, some Rosenthal, Orrefors & Kosta Boda or better. Fine bronzes, figurines, busts, sculptures, fine quality decorative art glass vases, Venitian and Murano glass and objet-d’art are always quite welcome as well. If it’s impressive and large, we’ll probably love it! All these things must be in pristine condition, no chips, cracks, repairs or damage of any kind.
